- Since block two of Congdon Street has the adaptively reused Catholic School as a community arts center across the street on the corner,
- and since small structure across the street still functions as manufacturing building,
- adaptive reuse of the remaining two FSW buildings is a good fit for that block of Congdon Street.
This street will be one of the most interesting streets architecturally in Chelsea outside the downtown.
